cancellation and refunds

1. cancelling pro
you can cancel pro any time, with no minimum term and no fee. it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. if you subscribed on this website, cancel in the customer portal linked from your receipt or email us; if you subscribed inside discord, cancel in discord under settings → subscriptions.
2. the yearly wrapped
the yearly wrapped is a one-time purchase and doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. if it was bought twice for the same server and year by mistake, we'll refund the duplicate.
3. refunds
we don't refund unused parts of a billing period that has started, unless you withdraw as described below or the law requires it. if something went wrong (a payment you didn't expect, something you paid for that didn't arrive, a fault on our side), email [email protected] and we'll put it right. purchases made inside discord are refunded by discord under its own refund policy.
4. right of withdrawal
this applies to consumers in the european union.
you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. to exercise it, inform us (Dominik Scheidel, c/o Postflex #5812, Emsdettener Str. 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, [email protected]) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email or a letter. you may use the model form below, but you don't have to. sending your notice before the period ends is enough.
effects of withdrawal. if you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. if you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until you told us you were withdrawing.
early expiry. your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, if you expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so. we ask for this at checkout. for the yearly wrapped, the service is fully performed once the full wrapped has been posted.
